Remote 1:1 development for serious hitters. Mechanics, mental performance, and strength — built into one integrated system.

I've been where you are. And I've been where you're trying to go.

I've had success. I've failed hard. I've felt lost — even when things looked good on the outside.

This page isn't about quick fixes or hype. It's about understanding the game, understanding yourself, and staying disciplined when things don't go your way.

If you're serious about getting better — if you're tired of guessing, chasing fixes, or relying on confidence alone — this is where the real work starts.

Who This Is For

If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.

You hit in BP — then freeze in games.

Cage work looks right. Then the moment matters and everything tightens up. That's not a swing problem. That's a system problem.

You've worked with multiple coaches — and something's still off.

Every coach gives you a different cue. Nothing integrates. You're collecting fixes instead of building a hitter.

You're blaming politics, mechanics, or luck — but deep down, you know.

It's not the lineup. It's not the pitchers. The real gap is between what you think you're doing and what's actually happening.

Why OTC

This isn't another training program.

Four things make OTC different from the coaches, camps, and content you've already tried.

Integrated approach.

Mechanics, the mental side, and strength are trained as one system. You don't get a swing fix from one guy and a lifting plan from another. You get one path.

Inner Game methodology.

Built on the principles of awareness, composure, and self-trust — not motivational fluff. The mental side is structured and measurable, not an afterthought.

Daily remote access.

You send video, I respond. Questions, adjustments, reviews — this is a real coaching relationship, not a PDF you downloaded and forgot about.

Built for real development arcs.

Real development doesn't happen in four sessions. Program length is determined by the work — not a calendar. Anything shorter than a real arc is a gym membership, not coaching.

The System

Mechanics. Mental. Movement.

Three pillars. One integrated system. Every serious hitter needs all three — and they need to be trained together, not in isolation.

Mechanics

Structured swing development rooted in understanding — not cue collection. Drill progressions tied to specific mechanical outcomes, tracked over weeks.

  • Problem-based swing work
  • Clear progression, not random drills
  • Swing understanding, not cue dependence
  • Weekly video review

Mental Performance

The Inner Game side of hitting — awareness, composure, and self-trust. Trained with the same structure as the swing.

  • Pre-game, in-game, post-game routines
  • Pressure reset tools
  • Identity and self-talk frameworks
  • Composure as a trained skill

Movement

Strength, speed, rotational power, and durability — programmed for hitters specifically. Transfers to the box, not just the gym.

  • Baseball-specific strength programming
  • Rotational power and bat speed support
  • Speed and acceleration
  • Mobility and durability

The OTC Code

If you're here, this is how you operate.

1.We finish what we start.

2.We regulate before we react.

3.We prepare before we perform.

4.We accept coaching without ego.

5.We execute boring reps with intent.

6.We hold the standard on good days and bad ones.

This isn't motivation.

It's a code.

If that standard feels heavy, good.
Growth is heavy.

Own it.

The OTC Commitment

What we owe each other.

What I'll Give You

If you commit to the work, I'll commit to your results. We measure where you start, we define what improvement looks like for you, and I'll keep working with you until you get there.

What I Need From You

Greatness isn't built on motivation. It's built on showing up when you don't feel like it. Here's what every OTC athlete is required to do:

  1. 1.

    Daily/Weekly Check-Ins

Hitting, workouts, speed work — these aren't optional. If you can't make a session, tell me why. If you want to be great, you need to find time or make time. Tough days are part of it. Do the work.

  2. 2.

    Pre-Program Baseline Measurements

We measure where you're starting (exit velo, bat speed, swing mechanics, performance metrics). This isn't paperwork — it's the foundation. No baseline, no commitment.

  3. 3.

    Video Proof on Key Drills

When I assign work, I need to see it. Video accountability isn't about doubting you — it's about catching small flaws before they become bad habits.

  4. 4.

    Weekly Swing Video Submissions

Every week you send me footage. I review it, I adjust your plan, you get better. Skip the weekly send and the program stops working.

  5. 5.

    Honest Communication

If something's not working — physically, mentally, or scheduling-wise — you tell me. I can't fix what I don't know about.

The Deal

If you complete the program in full — meaning you've hit every non-negotiable above — and your numbers haven't improved, I'll continue working with you at no additional cost until they do. That's my commitment to you.

If you skip the work, miss the check-ins, or stop sending video, the performance commitment doesn't apply.
